The Rewards Plus member program, gives you, your family, friends and colleagues the opportunity to get even better deals from the Al Fresco’s Group-Vietnam (AFG Vietnam). 

The Rewards Plus member program applies at all restaurants within AFG Vietnam (excluding Papa Joe’s) and is managed and executed by AFG Viet Nam. 

By participating in the Rewards Plus member program, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to the program's policies, which are published publicly on the website and will be updated from time to time. 

AFG Vietnam may use the information provided by customers and all data related to ordering and visiting histories at AFG Vietnam restaurants to execute the marketing plans and activities. All customer data is secure and will NOT BE passed on to any third party for marketing or any other purposes. 

AFG Vietnam reserves the right to request Rewards Plus members to provide information and/or present valid personal papers before redeeming points and/or receiving privileges in some cases. 

AFG Vietnam is exempt from liability in the following cases: 

 - Data processing systems, software, signal transmission systems are malfunctioning, corrupted, attacked or for any other objective reason that is beyond the control of AFG Vietnam. 

 - When the Rewards Plus member account is taken advantage of in case of card theft/loss/disclosure of account information, and the member has not promptly notified AFG Vietnam. 

AFG Vietnam reserves the right to refuse to provide, cancel, reclaim or withdraw the incentives and/or points in an account which has been, or may be received under the promotion, without prior notice to the cardholder in the following cases: 

 - Points earned when there are inaccuracies or invalid to the account, as prescribed by the program. 

 - Members violate regulations of preferential programs/policies notified by AFG Vietnam, from time to time. 

 - In case of force majeure as prescribed by law. 

Rewards Plus members have access to look up personal information and points history of their account/s through AFG Vietnam websites and applications. 

When contact information (phone number, email, ...) of the member changes from the registered information, the member is obliged to contact Customer Service via email: cs@afg.vn or contact the restaurant directly to update their information. 

Customers must scan QR code on bill to earn points before the payment process is initiated. Customers need to notify staff when ordering take away, or during phone call orders for delivery. 

The Member account can be used to earn points at 4 AFG Vietnam brands: Al Fresco’s, Jaspas, Pepperonis, Jacksons Steakhouse. 

Policy for upgrading and accumulating points 

For every 100.000 VND (One hundred thousand Vietnam Dong) spent when dining at a restaurant or ordering takeaway or delivery orders, they will earn 1 point - Premium will earn 2 points per 100.000 VND spent. 

Upgrade of Rewards Plus level will be applied immediately upon earning the specified points level within a 364-day period. Bonus points issued for birthday or other non-transactional reasons are not included in earned points total for the purpose of upgrading levels.  

Downgrade of Rewards Plus level will be applied immediately upon the lapsing (after 365 days) of points below the specified points level. 

Rewards Plus points will be available to be used 12 hours after accumulation transaction.  

Points are valid on a 364-day rolling cycle. If points are not used within the time frame, they will expire and no longer be available for redemption. 

Event and catering services are not eligible to earn Rewards Plus points.

Points redemption: 

Points can be redeemed at the value of 1 point for 10.000 VND discount of the bill value. 

Minimum of 10 points can be redeemed at any time. 

Maximum Rewards Plus points redemption value is 50% of the bill value before VAT. 

Member can redeem points at 4 AFG Vietnam brands: Al Fresco’s, Jaspas, Pepperonis, Jacksons Steakhouse. 

Rewards Plus Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts, inheritance or be transferred. 

Rewards Plus members can only redeem points when dining at a restaurant or placing take-away orders. Points cannot be redeemed on online orders. 

Rewards Plus members CANNOT redeem points for any bill which has a discount or promotion applied. 

Customers CANNOT Redeem points on National or Public Holidays. 

The following methods can be used to terminate Rewards Plus membership: 

- When a member sends a termination request to AFG Vietnam’s Client Services Department. 

- Member intentionally use the program's regulations incorrectly. 

-Termination under other circumstances as prescribed by the program.
